That’s Henk. With more than 35 years at EKI, he has grown from production employee to team leader and ultimately into sales. It’s precisely because of that journey that he excels in his current role: he knows our machines and materials inside out. Where others see stress, Henk sees an opportunity. With his decisive yet empathetic character, he puts out every fire before it even starts. Always honest, sincere, and with his heart in the right place.
The apprentice of the master
Ids is “the apprentice of the master.” Young, fresh, ambitious, and already remarkably mature in his role. He is constantly building new relationships, ensuring all our existing customers stay satisfied, and providing precise advice. With his background in online marketing, he also bridges sales and marketing: spotting online opportunities and turning them into concrete actions with measurable results.
And then there’s Monique Van Marwijk
She may not be in the photo, but she is just as important as the Henk–Ids tandem. Stability, calm, connection, and reliability — that’s what you can count on with Monique. Put the three of them together, and you have the perfect recipe. They learn from each other, have plenty of laughs, and go above and beyond to keep every customer — big or small — satisfied. Just recently, they secured a major and impactful project for the Antwerp Ring Road!
