EKI Hero in the Spotlight: Meet Belinda

Anyone visiting EKI cannot miss Belinda’s warm smile. She knows everyone by name, gets everything organised, and can effortlessly take a selfie with a celebrity one moment and help a customer with a question the next. For over four years, Belinda has been the face of our reception desk and has become an indispensable part of our team.

The First Point of Contact – and So Much More

A receptionist is often the very first interaction someone has with a company. And trust us: you want someone like Belinda. Welcoming, warm, and always up for a chat. But she is so much more than that. Questions about products? Logistics? Or even the Papierfabriek? Belinda is always the right person to ask.

She also effortlessly takes on a wide variety of roles. She has helped in production, assisted Sinterklaas, works behind the scenes at the Papierfabriek, and enthusiastically takes the lead during carnival celebrations. Parties or special occasions? You will always find her at the centre of it all, ready with a fun idea – naturally accompanied by her signature sense of humour.

A Second Family

Belinda describes it this way:

"When I joined EKI a few years ago, I immediately felt warmly welcomed. It truly feels like a second family now, and I never go to the office reluctantly. What I loved most recently? That my two worlds are finally coming together. I’m my daughter’s biggest supporter at dance competitions, and we recently found out that one of those competitions will be held at the Papierfabriek next year. Fantastic!"
