We provide consistently high-quality products for all kinds of applications within the construction industry, with a short delivery time.

Construction company
Construction companies specialize in building structures and other constructions. They offer services in design, planning, construction, and maintenance. Within the construction industry, some companies specialize in residential construction, commercial construction, or, for example, the construction of factories and warehouses.
We supply rubber and foam materials to construction companies of all sizes, from small local businesses to large multinationals with specialists such as architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and skilled workers.
These materials are used for many different applications. For example, sealing gaps and joints in buildings to prevent moisture and air leakage. Our rubber and foam materials are also suitable as bearing pads, spacers, shock absorption, water barriers, or protection against UV radiation and ozone. The possibilities are endless.
Prefab system Construction
Prefab, short for prefabricated, is a construction method in which building components are manufactured in a factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. Prefab buildings can be made from various materials such as wood, steel, concrete, or modular units.
This method offers several advantages, including cost savings, faster construction times, less waste, and greater energy efficiency. Prefab buildings can range from residential homes to large commercial buildings.
We often see foams such as PVC foam, PU foam, and compression tape being used as durable seals for window frames, cavity walls, thresholds, partition walls, rebates, and doors in complete prefab wall systems. PE foam backer rods are also used to fill joints in prefab concrete panels, allowing shallower joints to be sealed.
In timber frame prefab construction, anti-creak tape is used between wooden beams to prevent creaking. This is typically made from construction felt.

Façade Engineering
Façade engineering relates to the design and construction of the exterior of a building. It may involve the use of various materials, colors, and textures to create a unique appearance. It can also include different building systems, such as curtain walls or ventilated façade systems, to achieve specific design and functional goals.
A façade is not only about aesthetics but must also withstand weather conditions and provide a comfortable indoor climate.
In ventilated façade systems, our materials are often used for protection and finishing of substructures. EPDM joint tapes and membranes are used as spacers or for vibration absorption. Butyl tape, made from butyl rubber, is used to seal façade elements and load-bearing structures. EKI 6007 is a butyl tape often used for airtight, watertight, and vapor-tight construction.
Foundation Engineering
Foundation engineering refers to the methods used to construct the foundation of a building or structure. Various techniques exist, such as shallow and deep foundations. The chosen method determines the safety, stability, and durability of the structure and must be designed to withstand external influences.
Rubber and foam are sometimes used in foundation techniques as sealing materials during concrete pouring or to reduce the effects of soil subsidence, which can lead to structural damage. Neoprene rubber isolation pads are placed between the foundation and the ground to absorb shocks and reduce the risk of settlement.
In foundation engineering, pipes are often drilled into the ground and filled with concrete. During drilling, water is used, which must not enter the concrete. Compression tape is therefore used as a temporary seal to prevent water ingress.
