Closed cell PE foam is one of the simplest and most inexpensive closed cell insulation materials. PE cell foam is a good insulator against hot and cold and creates a sound reduction insulation. It may be used in a variety of different weather conditions. PE sealants stop air infiltration and are used to seal window glass into wood, aluminium and plastic frames. PE foam is also used as a packaging foam.

Closed PE cell-foam is a good insulator against hot and cold and has good sound insulation properties. It is used in a variety of weather conditions.

The adhesive used for this tape is very strong and may be used in several ways. A typical example of a use for this double sided self-adhesive foam tape would be in the assembly of mirrors to their frame. It is also called structural glazing spacer tape or glass separator pads.
