Polyurethane foam

EKI 100: PU foam, polyurethane foam, open cell white.
Soft light-weight foam is used in dust seals, sound sealants and light seals. It is also available as an insulation strip adhesive backed. This PUR foam is also used as sound-absorbing foam and packaging foam.

EKI 107: PU foam, open cell polyurethane foam grey.
Soft PU-foam is used for dust, sound and light sealing. This open cell foam is also used for weatherstripping and as acoustical sound proofing foam. Polyurethane foam may be used as a package protector during transport or when storing goods (packaging foam).

EEKI 110: grey PU foam with black skin.
This urethane foam has a black rubber skin coating.. The coated rubber skin improves the noise dampening qualities of the polyurethane foam. This insulation material is available in polyurethane foam sheet, polyurethane adhesive backed tape, polyurethane foam strip, polyurethane foam pad and polyurethane foam gasket.

EKI 111: Polyurethane foam closed cell.
This material is not only very soft, but also closed cell so it is airtight. An example of a typical use for this foam would be in vacuum applications and it’s also available as PU foam adhesive tape.

EKI 115: Melamine, light grey melamine foam.

EKI 5572: high density PU foam open cell foam.
High density foam is typically used as comfort foam in the furniture and upholstery industry.
